My sport

Log the sport you have done

My sport is your private log in the Spareya app. You can log a run, a gym session, a match or a bike ride. The app then shows you how much time, how many kilometres or how many entries you have built up in a week, a month or a year.

My sport works straight away and everywhere, even if your district or area has not unlocked yet. You just need to create an account in the app. Logging and the overviews are free forever.

What you can log

For every entry you choose the sport and the date. You fill in the rest depending on what you want to track.

Type
for fun, training or competition.
Duration
how long you did sport for.
Kilometres and time
the app works out your pace per kilometre from them.

for example 3rd place out of 25.
Exercises
the name of the exercise, the weight in kilos and the reps for each set. The app adds up the reps for you.
Extra details for some sports
for example the number of strokes or the three-dart average.

Overview

You choose a period. It can be a week, a month, a year or your own dates. The app shows you how much time you spent doing sport, how many entries you have, how many kilometres you covered and what your pace is. For sports with a score you also see your record. You can narrow the overview down to one sport. Entries are grouped by month, and the newest are marked “Today” and “Yesterday”.

Club training sessions

If you are a member of a club that keeps attendance in the app and the club marks you as present at a training session, the session comes into your log as a suggestion. You can confirm it and add details, link it to an entry you already have, or decline it. The suggestion is valid for 30 days after the training session. If the club removes your attendance before you confirm the session, the suggestion disappears.

Your year out there

The app prepares a “Your year out there” recap for you. It shows your most frequent sport, in how many districts or areas you did sport, how many weeks of the year you were active and which month was your best. Below that is a summary from your log with your total time, kilometres and your most frequent sport. You enter the numbers in your log yourself and Spareya cannot verify them, so they are never compared with anyone else's.

Only you can see your entries

Your log is private. Nobody else can see it. It does not count towards the leaderboard or towards unlocking your district or area. Only meetups confirmed by both sides count there.
